Good Bye A+, A Average, Hello .... ?

Finals finally started for a few of my friends and myself today. My first paper was *drum rolls* Algebra. Retaking the subject this semester since I failed to passed the paper last semester now I have to face it again for finals.

Preparations went great I guess. Did a bunch of past year questions, shoved most of the notes from lectures up my nose to my brain, went to my lecturer's office every time its 4.30PM just to ask her a few questions and so on.

Practically panicked through out the whole preparations since I kept on referring to my notes and previous exercises every time I answer the past year questions. You know you're doomed when your paper is 2 days away and you're still referring to notes when doing exercises.

I panicked even more when a friend of mine asked me to study with her and teach her a few stuff a day before our paper which was yesterday. I covered all six chapters. Understand the concepts. But somehow when it comes to teaching others I start to be all forgetful and be all stressed out.

Alhamdulillah I was able to answer the finals with little complications. Little complications meaning good bye A+ and A average. Some of the questions were recycled from the past year questions so I was kind of happy with it. I'm pretty sure that I was able to answer most of the questions due to the frequent visiting to my lecturer's office, annoying her with dumb questions and such.

I knew the questions I was about to asked her were stupid and was prepared for her to throw stuff at me but she didn't went all demonic or satan at all. Not like she ever did. She listened to my questions, paused for a while , took a piece of paper and started explaining each of my question, one by one.

To be honest, I thought I was doomed yet again this semester for Algebra since I missed the two last classes where she literally finished two chapters. I was too afraid to asked for her notes for those last two chapter since I didn't attend those two classes. So instead I did the questions and referred to the text book. Once I grasped a bit of those two chapters then I pop myself into her office and explain to her about what I've understand and she would later correct me.

Overall I hope I PASS Algebra this semester.....
